(no subject)

Need to put flaxseed on more things. now tht i am not pregnant, i can tolerate the taste of it a little better. so i put flaxseed on my raisin bran. mm.. so good. like adding a touch of crunchy to it. i think tonight i am going to experiment with granola bars. well.. more like oatmeal bars.

i think i am going to look into a dehydrator. to make better healthy snacks for the house hold. no more chips no more crap. i want to reduce the amount of pop we all drink.

really. after this weekend of eating like crap (except for the delicious waffle with the fresh strawberries ZOMGYUM!!) i feel like crap. bought salad stuff for frosty so i might partake in some of his salad.

Ugg I know how you feel. FRUIT SALAD and FRESH BREAD make me not want to vomit, with V8 to wash it down. needs more con-detox, less BP's.

Also, dehydrators are the shit. Seriously. Get one. We used to have one when I was a kid and nothing in this world beats home-made dried apple rounds. Make 'em in bulk and you have snacks for moooonths!

I use the Bob's Redmill wheat germ and flax meal (it hides better). There's an awesome banana bread recipe that I miss being able to eat that you should try :)

We buy grains like this in bulk, same with seeds. There are places online that can deliver them dirt cheap :-3
