*nashes teeth together in anger*

Stupid building now says they are a no pets building, and without written permission from the last managers of the building. all our animals have to go? something sound fishy to you? we've been here what? 2-3 years now? and this managemnet company has been here what? less than a year?

Yvonne never said we needed written permission from anyone to have animals here. heck, we never even paid for a deposit if one was required. and on every work order we've filled out, we've put down we had pets. now i'm even more grumpy with this building and wish even more we could afford to move out!

CALL THE LANDLORD TENANT BOARD. NOW. I'm not kidding. If you had pets when you moved in, before this company took over, THEY CANNOT TELL YOU THEY HAVE TO GO. PERIOD.

Sorry, just fed up in general. If you need a place for them (the kitties, at least, I don't know about Frosters), let me know, we can arrange something.

I agree, I'd be making some phone calls. No way some random bitches would tell me to get rid of my babies!

Double check the landlord/tenants act my friend... I don't believe they have the right to do that to you as your pets are a pre-existing condition to your rental agreement.. They can prevent any new tenants from having pets in the building as they move in, but they can't force you to remove your pet. Your pets are a part of your family.. They wouldn't ask you to get rid of your kids (if you had any...) in the middle of your tenancy.. I've been through this before on my own. I'd double check to make sure they can't do it, then tell them to go piss up a rope if they insist and they're not allowed to do that...

I had a cat when I moved into an apt.. the management company sold out to another company who told me I had to get rid of her (my cat). I told them to F-off after checking with the tenant's act and they backed down. I say check the act again, just in case changes have been made about that...

Good luck!
