Jan. 22nd, 2008 05:22 pmI'm so lost at the moment as to where i'm going to take my art next for the next level. i want to do art school, but terrerfied of it. Specially since the one i want to go to is not in edmonton. which would mean leaving everything i know and love here to follow that career path. but i suck at essays and writing assignments. XD as my abundant of spelling errors in this journal will tell you.
I also love my job. (as soon as my boss leaves. and she technically isn't my boss)
i take inspirations From Missmonster, Dracothorpe, Jkat, kimbo Demonica, Frisket, Hollyann, Kappy, and many more. (these just name a few) i'm just lost as to where to go. not happy with how my art is turning out. it's a style but not my style. havne't done anything bright omg neon in ages. i think tomorrow i'm going to go buy a bunch of neon colours and let loose for a while. Maybe a few cheap shoes to paint up for all Fur fun. (haha.. )
i feel too dark. i need light! LIGHT! dammit.
Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet,
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams
W.B. Yeats
