dillyarrgghh!! looking at houses and townhouses for rent...
lots of good ones. need to give notice April 1st, no one will give us the time of day for putting in applications for a new place till after april 1st.
which puts me in a tight place. as no one else in this house hold seems interested in looking for a place. just the odd input of " no, that place won't work" or "good rpice,... but no, it won't work"
i'm not sure i can find a place for us to live by may 1st which is when bahu wants to move. He also wants us to overlap rent on this place and a new place for a month. which would make it a fuck of alot of money. like 1000 here (340 per person roughly) + SD + rent in new place.. which depending on where we go and what we decide. can be about 400 for rent + 400 for damage deposit + hookup fees for utilities... i think it's a silly idea to have a overlap when we only decided it in MARCH to move. We do not want to be here another year.

I would see if you can get your move in date to be a week before the end of the month, I did that at my current place and they did not even charge me for that extra week. A whole month, yea your gonna get charged out the rear. ( I understand overlap though, cause you want to be able to move all your stuff etc)
