tentativly.. Here is how i want to go for a career. Plans are subject to change..

Take the course through Nait for baking. and since most apprentice bakers Work night hours, Take some schooling for Art while i'm working on apprentice hours for baking. This sounds like a good plan and i've beening thinking on it for a while now..

Thoughts and ideas?

Trades seem to be great if you don't quite know what you want to do but want to start down a career path. I'm thinking about it myself actually since I have no idea what I want. ;)

Oh man, that would be so cool! I work with bakers at Planet, and they do... good things. They also all seem like amazingly nifty and cool people, so (from my limited experience) I think you'd fit right in. :3

I think so too, I know my friend Becky who was up here for 2 years, before her boy split on her, is a baker, or atleast wants to be. and the more i talk to her on it, the more i want to do it!

Fair warning: Baking requires a lot of heavy lifting. A LOT of it. :)

not really with the heavy lifting the most they request is 20kg and most bakeries have men who still have manners and will lift for you.
