Mini pies and semi-recipe!

So i sort of made my own recipe for these. Does require either you be backing the pies already, Or want to make alot of these!
Pie dough.. Use the one off the crisco packages.:)
Pie filling
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2-4 tablespoons of flour
Optional ones
1-2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp of cloves/allspice (or both)
mix in a bowl. Done.
after Dough is made, Take a ball of dough, roughly palm sized (or 4 inches in diamter when rolled out to a 1/8 of a inch thickness (or thinner)
Sprinkle with some flour, and some fo the pie filling mixture. Place 2 apple slices in the centre (thickness up to you)sprinkle with some more flour, and more pie filling. , Fold edges of the dough over the apples, Leave the middle open so can vent off steam. Bake in the oven at 350 F for 20 minutes ( or until crust is a golden brown)
Let cool for 10 minutes, Great with a side of vanilla ice cream.
