Seriously, this icon is love!

anyways, Getting a little apprensive that maybe i won't have time to do the art pieces for the shreiking youth unless someone else is hired at work. because as it works right now, i'm doing 5 days a week, my boss does 5-6 days a week and no relief in between! XD

I just need to make some time, and do it in the evenings, and find the supplies so i can make a cast of my arm for a project! Beetle! if you read this? where can i find some plaster? i think i'm going to try a generic arm. or someone elses arm to cover in plaster bandages so i can make a one-of mopuld of it! tee hee.. if only i could afford the supplies to make a silicone moulding.

You'll need plaster of paris (not drywall plaster or any other kind).

You can get it at a craft store (ie Michaels) or at most hardware stores.

anadian Tire sells it in smaller boxes while .. home hardware, I think, sells it in big bags. A box will be fine for you.

I can't say I recommend plastering your arm since 1) it gets hot and 2) it takes some time to set. But premade plaster bandages seem to be fine (though I've never used them myself).

They'll probably be at Michaels. Or there's a store on the SE side that stocks them.

Or you can make a mold by encasing your arm in clay, and then using that to make a plaster arm. Better detail, but it depends what you want it for. I bet you can get clay at a store like Delta Art and Drafting, it's also much cheaper than Michael's is.
