So for the Second time in 5 years, i saw someone go into a epileptic seizure.

so for the second time it also was at wal*mart..

So my conclusion...

Wal*mart Causes seizures, with it's flickering flourscent tubes, and surrounded by red and blue..

Now i wonder if that will stop making old ladies go there.

Note: She lived, the ambulance took her away, i put her into recovery position when others were trying to force her onto her back. i never ever want to see that kind of face again. it is by far the scariest thing there. this time, i didn't run to the bathroom and puke.

i can't say anything over a next time though.

A few years ago my Dad had a seizure induced by alcohol detox. I agree... that facial expression is horrifying. :( Dad kept staring at me yet he wasn't looking at me... and only someone who has seen the eyes of someone going through a seizure knows what I'm talking about. It's like he was reading my soul or something and his eyes kept following me around the room. God, it was scary. I'm glad you put her in the recovery position and I'm glad you were there to help her!

And yes, I can imagine Wal-mart causes seizures. :)

*gives you a big hug* As much as I know it was hard for you, I'm glad that you were there and were able to help her; had you not been there, it could have been a worse experience for all parties. *hugs again tightly*

wall mart is pure evil
my step daughter has had epilepsy scince twelve and so far as i know still has it (havent seen her regularly in 5 years now) - its frightening - but when its close to you
it becomes something you are just used to.
One would think we would have real cures figured out by now.
be well dilly.

one would also think we're suppose to be int he "space age" by now if we think in terms of real cures and other things. :)

When your not use to seeing it, it's a difficult thing to deal with. i see so many different htings i could ahve done now that i am half way through this first aid course.

Dilly! I love you too! <3

And I'm so proud of you! Although it was scary & horrid for you, you still managed to make an effort & do the right thing! It's hard to keep cool in situations like that.

I have such a great sister <3
