done today..

20 minute easy walk down town. little stopping, kept easy pace. :)

also.. 15 situps, and some stretches. not much but it's a start, and you gotta start somewhere!

Also going to try going by the portions listed on boxes. :) it will leave me hungry for a few days till my body slowly adjusts to it. and trying so hard not to eat mcdonalds. but i freaking stare at it all day long. so i end up eating alot of either plain ice cream or strawberry sundaes/
